For dStotal = dSsys + dSsurr what conditions make dStotal = to 0?

If temperature is constant for the system and its surroundings, the entropy for both are equal and opposite values. For example, the system losing heat is a negative entropy value while the surroundings gain that heat and have the opposite, positive entropy value. Thus, total entropy change of the universe is 0.
