How can you tell which molecule has a greater entropy just by looking at their molecular formulas (without doing any calculations)?

the more complex molecule will have the higher entropy, in order to figure out which one is more complex you can look at the shape of the molecule and at the individual elements that make it up

You should also look for the one with higher degeneracy, the number of ways of getting an energy state. Its basically the different ways you can arrange a Lewis structure.

How do you know how many times a Lewis structure can be arranged?
