If a reaction is irreversible, is it spontaneous? Is there any relation between these or are they calculated separately?
There is no relationship between reversibility and spontaneity of a reaction. It depends on entropy and Gibbs free energy.
If a reaction is spontaneous at a certain temperature, its reverse reaction is probably nonspontaneous at the same temperature, but this is more of a general statement than an actual rule or relationship.
There is no direct correlation between the two as they are dependent on different things.
