9.61 sig figs

9.61 sig figs

Can someone explain why the answers for each part of this problem has the number of sig figs it has? I don't see where it is coming from.

I think the sig figs would just come from the amount of sig figs the book used for the standard Gibbs free energy of formations. in general though, for this unit, I don't think sig figs matter.

My TA said that he wouldn't mark down for sig figs, so I don't think they matter very much for thermodynamics.
