The third law states that at 0K, the entropy of a perfect crystal is 0. Therefore, as T approaches 0, entropy also approaches 0. limT->0S=0.

A good way to think about this is, as temperature decreases we get to a more solid/organized state, such water in liquid form to solid form as ice. As we do that, we are decreasing entropy because the molecules are obviously moving less and are becoming more rigid, aka there is less disorder. Thus, as the temperature decreases there is less disorder and thus less entropy.

Adding to the post above, another way to think about is that heat is created by the movement of particles. Thus as the temperature reaches closer to 0 kelvin, this absolutely no movement, thus we have exactly no entropy.
