what is the difference between Delta G and Delta G "not"

The value of ΔG changes as a reaction proceeds but the value of ΔG° is a fixed quantity throughout the reaction.

delta Go is delta G at standard conditions and delta G without the o is just the change in Gibb's free energy under any conditions
