6th edition 9.25

“If SO2F2 adopts a positionally disordered arrangement in its crystal form, what might its molar residual entropy be?”
I attemoted this problem by first solving for W so I could use it in S = kBlnW, in which there are 6 different microstates possible for the atoms, but got stuck on how many atoms I need to put it to the power of. How many atoms should I put in the exponent for this problem?

You have to set it to the power of avogadro's number: 6^(6.023 x 10^23). If you put this into the calculator, it will give you an error, but you can manipulate it with exponent rules and move it down in front of ln.
