Enthalpy and Temperature

As applied to ∆S=∆H/T, for example, what does it mean that temperature remains constant as enthalpy changes? Wouldn't an increase/decrease in energy cause the temperature to go up/down?

The T refers to the temperature of the surroundings, which remains constant. This is because this equation calculates for entropy of surroundings, and entropy increases more at lower temperatures.
