Calculating delta S
How would you go about solving for delta S if given just the delta H value if possible?

Hi! I think it is possible to calculate delta S when you are just given delta H. I found this thread from earlier which seems to be about the same question you are asking: viewtopic.php?t=92707

yes, basically delta s = q/T
this only works if pressure is constant because then q=deltaH and you just need temp

We can calculate delta S when given Delta H. Delta H=Delta q when dealing with constant pressure. Therefore the equation S=q/t can be used to solve.
