Highest molar entropy (textbook)

Hello,

Why is HBr gas has a higher molar entropy at 298K than HF gas?
Both have two atom and 2 position at same pressure and state. What other factors should I be considering?\

HBr has more electrons than HF, meaning that the electrons have more possible microstates, which increases molar entropy.

To go along with the last response, larger molecules typically have higher molar entropy values and seeing as Br is larger than F, HBr has a higher molar entropy.

Generally, molecules with a higher molar weight and more complex structure will have higher molar entropy.

Higher molar entropy is linked to more complex and larger molecules. Think about what would give a high w value, more ways to organize a structure (-:
