If you have a molecule such as PO4 ^3- how many arrangements does it have for residual entropy?

Structurally, PO4^3- can consist of a P atom singly bonded to 4 O atoms. It can also be drawn with a P atom single bonded to 3 O atoms and double bonded to 1 O atom. This latter structure has resonance because the double bonded O atom can be in any of the 3 other positions around the P atom. In total, this means that PO4^3- has 5 possible arrangements.
