Conceptual relation

How does knowing that as temperature approaches absolute 0, entropy approaches 0 leave us with the Boltzmann Equation? How are these conceptually related?

Hi, from my understanding, as the temperature approaches absolute 0, the number of available microscopic configurations becomes minimal as well. Therefore, entropy also approaches zero. Hope this helps!

As the system approaches 0 Kelvin, the number of vibrational microstates also approaches 0, leaving you with a degeneracy of 1 (and the natural log of 1 is 0).
