NO vs BF3

At 0 Kelvin, why does NO have a higher residual entropy then BF3?

NO has resonance due to the lone pair that can be positioned either on the Oxygen or Nitrogen atom. It has more orientation positions than BF3 which does not have resonance since Boron will have a single bond with each Fluorine atom with no leftover electrons. This means that the degeneracy of NO will be higher since it has more ways of achieving its given energy state.
