What are the units of the boltzman constant?

J/K (its the same as R but no mol in denominator)

The unit of the boltzmann constant is J/K.

The units for the Boltzmann's Constant are J*K^-1. This can be found on Dr. Lavelle's formula sheet: https://lavelle.chem.ucla.edu/wp-conten ... ations.pdf

It’s J/K which is similar to R which is J/K.mol, except the Boltzmann constant is per particle not mole
