What is the definition of the Third Law of Thermodynamics, its essential concepts, and primary applications?

The third law of thermodynamics is basically as the temperature reaches absolute zero (0 Kelvin) then entropy will also decrease to zero.

It is because entropy is the disorder in the universe, so as temperature approaches absolute zero, there is less and less disorder. You can think of it as high temperature is a higher state of disorder since molecules are moving more and moving faster, so low temperature would be slower and less movement of molecules causing less disorder.
