When do we use deltaS=qrev/T vs when do we use deltas= nClnT2/T1? Because can't you use both with the information given?

Re: Difference
There is a difference between the two. Use the first equation when calculating the change in entropy for REVERSIBLE processes occurring at a constant temperature. Use the second equation when determining the entropy change associated with temperature changes, particularly during phase transitions, where T1 and T2 represent initial and final temperatures respectively.
Re: Difference
You can indeed use both equations with the information given, but it depends on the specific conditions of the process you're analyzing. If the process occurs at constant pressure and involves an ideal gas, you can use the second equation. Otherwise, if the process involves reversible heat transfer at constant temperature, you would use the first equation. Always ensure that the conditions of the process match the assumptions and applicability of the equation you're using.
