Note that the formula in the previous reply (ΔS = n*R*ln(V2/V1)) applies when you plug in moles of gas (n). In a more general sense, ΔS = Kb*ln(W2/W1). When you multiply Kb by Avogadro's number, you end up with R. ΔS ends up q/T, where at a constant temperature, change in entropy is linked to a change in heat supplied reversibly.
