### Homework 9.13

For this problem, I understand that we have to add the entropy changes when the temperature changes and when the volume changes. However, I thought the equation for the entropy change when there's a temperature change was deltaS=nCpln(V2/V1), and not deltaS=nRln(V2/V1) like the solutions manual has it. Can anyone tell me why it's R here instead of Cp? Thanks!

On the class website, there is a correction to this problem that used Cv (5/2R)

Yeah, for problem 13 there is a solutions manual error.
