Temperature: $\Delta S = nC\ln \frac{T_{2}}{T_{1}}$

### Phase change’s effect on entropy

On the last bit of this note, I wrote “magnitude of (delta)S depends on T at which heat is transferred.” What does this mean?

I believe this statement refers to the equation for gibbs free energy (deltaG=deltaH- TdeltaS). This means that the magnitude of influence the deltaS, entropy, has on the change in Gibb's free energy is dependent on T. This is because, as T increases, because it is being multiplied by deltaS, the magnitude of influence of deltaS is increasing. The opposite is true as T decreases.
