Residual Entropy Concept

Postby Kai Johnson 3B » Thu Feb 15, 2024 10:52 pm

I am confused by the concept of residual entropy. What is it? How is it derived? And what is its biological importance?

Residual entropy is the entropy that remains at 0 degrees K. This entropy is used to calculate for a perfect crystal.
