Will the units be Kj/mol or Kj for standard reaction entropies

It will be J/mol for standard reaction entropies.

I think that either kj or J is fine to use, just make sure they are consistent throughout your work. It is also helpful to write out all of the units through every step to follow and check that you have the right units at the end.

For the standard reaction entropies, the unit should be J/mol·K or kJ/mol·K. If the question didn't say which unit to use, you can use either one. But if there is too many decimal places, you can convert j to kj to make it easy to follow.
