How can you tell if a reaction is reversible or not?

A reaction is irreversible if T changes and pressure is constant. (expansion is sudden)

A reaction is reversible when T is constant (isothermal) and pressure is decreasing (not constant). There is also more work done in a reversible reaction. (expansion is slow)

I think the problems will usually tell you if its reversible or not. But, I also think if entropy (S) is equal to zero, then you can tell it is reversible.
