When G, H, and S are equal to 0? Quiz 1 Prep Winter 2015

For #9 on the second practice quiz, why does the entropy of the surroundings not equal 0? Also, is deltaG and deltaS(system) 0 due to the fact that although they are both heated, they become cooled to their original temperature, thus making the total change in each case 0? W(degenracy) changes because volume changes, correct?
