$\Delta G^{\circ}= \sum \Delta G_{f}^{\circ}(products) - \sum \Delta G_{f}^{\circ}(reactants)$

If you're referring to Gibbs Free Energy, $\Delta G$ is zero when the reaction is at equilibrium--this might be the boiling point I think.
