$\Delta G^{\circ}= -RT\ln K$

$\Delta G^{\circ}= \sum \Delta G_{f}^{\circ}(products) - \sum \Delta G_{f}^{\circ}(reactants)$

If G products= G reactants then how is there a difference between the standard energies of the two that gives us the equation deltaG=-RT lnK ?

Standard Gibb's free energy ($\Delta G^{\circ}$) and the Gibb's free energy under the specific reaction conditions ($\Delta G$) are different quantities related through the equation $\Delta G=\Delta G^{\circ}+RTln(Q)$. The reaction can be at equilibrium ($\Delta G=0$), but the values of $\Delta G^{\circ}$ will still be the same regardless of reaction conditions since they are by definition the values under standard conditions.
