Methods of finding K

Can the following equations be used interchangeably to find K?:

deltaG = -RTlnK
deltaEcell = ((RT)/(nF))lnk = (.0257/n)lnK

Yes, but each equation has different values that must be known. Thus both equations are not useful in every situation.
