## Midterm w18 -Last subject?

$\Delta G^{\circ}= \Delta H^{\circ} - T \Delta S^{\circ}$

$\Delta G^{\circ}= -RT\ln K$

$\Delta G^{\circ}= \sum \Delta G_{f}^{\circ}(products) - \sum \Delta G_{f}^{\circ}(reactants)$

### Midterm w18 -Last subject?

So we only need to know up to 11.3 right with Gibbs free energy and stuff right? We don't need to know redox reactions or any Electrochem right?
Are there any topics covered in Ch 11 (section 1 to 3) that aren't going to be on the test?

We are meant to know the entire chapter 11. The new sections are 11.3 and 11.11-11.13.
The other parts of chapter 11 were covered in chem 14a.

Electrochemistry is not on the midterm, so you're right no redox reactions.

i think we mostly need to know just how K (and Q) relate to Gibbs free energy for the part of chapter 11 that we will be tested on
