Gibbs free energy is energy available to do work and can be used to determine the spontaneity of a reaction. Entropy is a measure of the molecular disorder of a system.
I would add that Gibbs free energy is the maximum of reversible work that may be performed by a thermodynamic system at a constant temperature and pressure. Entropy is a thermodynamic function that describes the randomness and disorder of molecules based on the number of different arrangements available to them in a given system or reaction.
