Out of delta G, delta H, and delta S, in which calculation do you not include elements in their most stable form?

For delta G and delta H, the values for the most stable form of that element will be 0. Delta S will most likely still be a value greater than 0, unless it is a perfect crystal.

At 0 degrees Celsius, the compound would not have vibrational or rotational entropy but will still have positional/residual entropy. That is why S is the only instance in which the elements at it's most stable form is not 0.

When referencing entropy, the temperature should be 0 degrees Kelvin as that's when a compound will not have any vibrational or rotational entropy.
