When will work be equal to Gibbs free energy? (Which variables need to be constant for this phenomenon to happen?)

Delta G equals the maximum amount of work done at constant pressure and temperature.

i think temperature and pressure have to be constant, so that no energy is released as heat or entropy, but all used as work

I think it has to be when entropy is 0, and q = -w. So, there is no change in internal energy and no change in entropy.
