Van't Hoff Equation

Why do we assume change in entropy is constant in this equation?

Since the Van’t Hoff equation would be used presumably under standard conditions, delta S is constant.

I think that there are certain caveats, but the assumption is that the two temperatures wouldn’t be different enough to change the delta S
