$\Delta G^{\circ}= \sum \Delta G_{f}^{\circ}(products) - \sum \Delta G_{f}^{\circ}(reactants)$

Since Gibbs free energy is a measure of energy available to do work, when the reaction is at equilibrium, no more work is being done and therefore delta G is 0.

We calculate delta G by doing G of products - G of reactants. If at equilibrium, the G between products and reactants doesn't change. Therefore, delta G = 0

Gibbs Free Energy is a measure of the reaction's tendency to proceed in a given direction (i.e. towards the reactants or towards the products). Since neither side of the reaction is favored at equilibrium, delta G is equal to 0.

Delta G is zero when an equation is at equilibrium because it has no tendency to shift to the reactant or product side but rather just stay as it is.
