As I discussed in class:

delta G = delta G^o + RT ln Q

and

delta G^o = - RT ln K

For gas phase reactions Q and K depend on the partial pressure of each reactant and product.

For aqueous reactions Q and K depend on the concentration of each reactant and product.

That involves the equations G=RTlnQ and G=RTlnK.
