In Class Review Question

In Dr. Lavelle's review, there is a question where he uses gibbs free energy and subtracts Gf and gets Gr. Does this "Gr" stand for Gibbs free energy of the entire reactant side or does it mean something different?

From your question I think Gr means Gibbs Free Energy of the entire reaction. Gr can be calculated by doing Gf(products) - Gf(reactants).
