What's the difference between Delta H and Delta H Naught

What distinguishes ΔH from ΔH°, and how do their meanings differ in the context of thermodynamics? Please provide an explanation elaborating on these two terms.

ΔH° is enthalpy at standard conditions at 298 K and 1 bar of atmospheric pressure. ΔH is at any other conditions.

ΔH° is when were in standard state @ 1atm and 25 degrees C. We can use this in finding the standard RXN enthalpy (sum of products minus sum of reactants). ΔH is just the general change in heat between products and reactants (products-reactants)
