Hi all! Can someone elaborate on the limitations of the Van't Hoff equation when applied to real-world chemical systems, particularly regarding non-ideal behavior and phase changes? Thanks!

Hello, from my understanding, the limitations, are that it mostly occurs when the enthalpy change of reactions states constant when the temperature ranges. With that said, the limitation is that it may not be helpful when there is a large change in temperature. There is also delta S, as the equation has more to do with constants than with change. Hope this helps.
