Non-consistant enthalpy

What do you do if delta H isn't consistent? Can you still use this formula?

Dr. Lavelle mentioned this in lecture today and said how the equation is only used when ΔHº and ΔSº are both constant.

We can assume they are constant because changes in temperature cause so little change in delta H and delta S

delta H and delta S should be consistent values to use this equation
