Variable Explanations

Can someone explain what each variable represents in the Van’t Hogg Equation?

the K values are the equilibrium constants at the two different temperatures, delta H not is the reaction enthalpy, and R is a constant.

There is also delta S (standard), however, we can assume this value is constant and just take in values of enthalpy and temperature

K2 is K at one temperature while K2 is K at another temperature. K means equilibrium constant. Delta H is enthalpy and delta s is entropy. R is the gas constant and T is temperature.
