Van't Hoff Equation is derived from ∆G°=∆H°-T∆S°and ∆G°=-RTlnK.

The Van't Hoff equation is derived from two Gibb's Free Energy equations that we know of, ∆G°=∆H°-T∆S° and ∆G°=-RTlnK.
