### Van't Hoff Equation

Can someone explain when one should use the Van't Hoff Factor, and what it tells us?

### Re: Van't Hoff Equation

The Van't Hoff equation relates the change in K to change in temperature given delta H (the change in enthalpy).

### Re: Van't Hoff Equation

The Van't Hoff Equation shows how the equilibrium constant K depends on temperature. It can be used to calculate K at a different temperature if ΔH° is known, assuming ΔS°is constant.
