I think we use Van't Hoff when trying to calculate how K is affected by a change in temperature

You use it when you have a given equilibrium constant K at one temperature, and then you need to find the new equilibrium constant K at a new temperature.

The Van't Hoff Equation is used to find the new equilibrium constant of a solution at a different temperature, given the K at a different temperature.

The Van't Hoff equation is used to calculate K (equilibrium constant) at different temperatures if the change in enthalpy is known.

yes this is correct as we have a K1 and K2 and a T1 and T2
