Did Dr. Lavelle go over specific biological examples that we should be aware of for the final?

You should be aware of examples in class, but always be aware of how to apply concepts to other examples as well. I noticed you posted this under "Biological examples (DNA Structural Transition, etc.)" which is a topic no longer on the syllabus. Did you mean a different topic? Thermodynamics can be applied to many biological examples like ATP Hydrolysis.
