Winter 2013 Final Q3A

I realize that it's impossible to solve the problem since the standard reaction potentials for the two reactions are not given (there's no way I could have come up with the 1.64, -1.33, since those values are empirical, unless I'm terribly mistaken). So on the actual test back in 2013, I'm assuming these values were already given and we just had to balance them?
