Half-Reactions Sheet

Postby Maria1E » Thu Mar 15, 2018 6:08 pm

On the final, will we be provided with a sheet of half-reaction and standard cell potentials for each reaction like we were on Test 2?

Yes we should be provided with all of that information unless finding a reaction potential is part of the question.

Like previous exams, we will be given the reaction potentials needed to solve the problem; we are not expected to memorize them.

We will likely be given the half reactions and the potentials along with them similar to our test.

It is extremely likely that we will be provided a Half-Reactions sheet , however, I doubt it will be as long or extensive because the final will be cumulative and not solely based on electrochemistry like the E.Chem test.
