Part c of question 6 on test 2

I was confused on this question. It asks to write the two species that would give the largest Ecell. Does anyone know how to solve this?

All of the Voltage values ended up being negative and asked you to order each three by strength of the OA and RA. The two that would make a cell with the largest voltage would be the two that, when added, would amount to the largest number. If I remember correctly, the correct answer happened to be the largest OA and the largest RA because they made the largest value when their reduction potentials were subtracted.
