How can you predict the spontaneous direction of a reaction using standard reduction potentials?

Based on Q in the Nernst equation. If [P] > [R] then Ecell is negative. If [P] < [R] then Ecell is positive

positive E naught is equal to negative delta G meaning spontaneous

does this mean that if the Ecell is positive then more products are being produced making it spontaneous?
