Did anyone understand question 13? What is the Rydberg formula?

The Rydberg formula is a formula to find the wavelength of an electron when it moves between different energy levels. You would use the formula v = R(1/n1^2 - 1/n2^2). n1 is 2 while n2 is 4. Since v = R(1/n1^2 - 1/n2^2), you can plug it into c=vλ, so it will look like c = R(1/n1^2 - 1/n2^2)λ. R is a constant which is 3.29*10^15 s^-1. Then you can just plug in all the numbers into the variable and solve for the wavelength.
