### Question 1A3.

"What happens when the frequency of electromagnetic radiation decreases? "
The answer is C "The extent of the change in the electrical field at a given point decreases.". I do not understand why c is correct. I thought the answer was A. Answer A says the "speed of radiation decreases I'm not sure why that is false." If someone could please explain this I would appreciate it :)

### Re: Question 1A3.

C states that the extent of the change in the electric field at a given point decreases. This is true when the frequency decreases because if frequency is decreasing, wavelength must increase based on the equation c=$\lambda$ x v

When wavelength increases the 'extent of change' aka the slope (of the wave) decreases. Another way to say this is "if a wavelength is long, fewer complete oscillations pass the (given) point in a second." (pg. 4)
