Determining the strength of a wave

Postby longjump » Tue Oct 09, 2018 9:51 pm

If you wanted to find out if a wave was a UV wave, a visible light wave, or an X-ray wave, would you look at wavelength, wave frequency, or the energy of a wave to figure it out?

You could look at either of the three to distinguish between different 'types' of waves. I think looking at the wavelength is the easiest, but whatever method you prefer works too!
