Wave-Like Properties Value

What would you recommend the cut-off wavelength value be for deciding whether an object has wave-like properties?

I believe Dr. Lavelle said that the cut off would be 10^-15 and anything smaller than that is undetectable.

In Lecture, Dr. Lavelle said anything less than 10^-15 or so would be undetectable, like said above. Pico as a prefix is 10^-12 so anything much smaller than that can be qualified as undetectable.
